Yes.

  • A 50% deposit is required before arrival (VAT included)

  • The remaining balance is payable in cash upon arrival (VAT excluded)

  • Flights and train tickets must be fully prepaid

We accept:

  • International bank transfer (all bank charges borne by the agent)

  • Cash on arrival (as per payment terms)

Payment deadlines:

  • FIT groups: 14 days before travel

  • GIT groups: 1 month before travel

  • MICE groups: 2 months before travel

  • Traveler’s passport copy is required

  • All hotels, cruises, and services are reconfirmed before invoicing

  • A final travel voucher is issued after full confirmation

We assist travelers with Vietnam visa arrangements where applicable.

Yes.
All travelers are required to arrange their own travel insurance before the trip.
GONAM TRAVEL does not provide travel insurance, but we strongly recommend having valid coverage for medical emergencies, trip cancellations, and unforeseen circumstances.

Yes.
We offer family-friendly itineraries suitable for travelers of all ages.

  • Changes after check-in are treated as a new booking

  • Hotel cancellation:

    • Within 5 days: 1 night charge

    • Within 2 days: full charge

  • FIT cancellation: 7–10 working days before arrival

  • Visa fees and air tickets are non-refundable

Yes, tipping for guides and drivers is compulsory:

  • Less than 10 pax: USD 5 per person/day

  • 10 pax or more: USD 3 per person/day
